This Cookie Policy explains how
Impreza Europe OÜ (registration number 17529963, Karu tn 14-8, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia) uses cookies and similar technologies on impreza.events.
It should be read together with our

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your choices, and understand how the site is used.
We also use
similar technologies that work in comparable ways, and which this Policy covers on the same basis: local and session storage, pixels and web beacons, and software development kits (SDKs) embedded by third parties. Throughout this Policy, "cookies" means all of the above.
First-party cookies are set by us.
Third-party cookies are set by other companies whose services we use.
3. THE LEGAL BASIS FOR USING COOKIES
Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as implemented in national law across the EU:
- Strictly necessary cookies may be placed without your consent. These are cookies without which the website, or a service you have explicitly requested, cannot function.
- All other cookies — functional, analytics, advertising — require your prior consent, meeting the standard of Article 4(11) and Article 7 GDPR: freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous.
Consent is given through an affirmative action in our cookie banner. You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category.
Refusing non-essential cookies does not restrict your access to the website or your ability to purchase tickets.
Where a cookie also involves the processing of personal data, that processing is described in our
Privacy Policy.
4. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES4.1 Strictly Necessary
Required for the website to function and for you to complete a purchase. These cannot be disabled through the consent banner.
They are used to: maintain your session and basket between pages; record your cookie preferences; protect forms and transactions against abuse; route your request correctly within our hosting infrastructure; and enable secure payment processing.
Payment cookies. We work with three payment providers —
Stripe, SumUp and Viva.com. The provider handling your payment depends on the event and is shown to you before you pay. These providers set cookies that are necessary to link your payment session securely and to detect fraudulent transactions. Where a payment is completed on the provider's own page, their cookies are set on
their domain and governed by their own policies:
- Stripe — stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy
- SumUp — sumup.com/
- Viva.com — viva.com/
4.2 Functional — consent required
Remember your preferences and improve usability, for example your language or region selection and the state of the interface. Refusing these does not prevent purchasing, but some conveniences will not be retained.
4.3 Analytics — consent required
Help us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. This includes counting visits, identifying traffic sources, and seeing which pages and steps in the purchase process work well or cause difficulty. Results are used in aggregated form.
4.4 Advertising and Social Media — consent required
Used to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to show relevant advertising on other platforms. These cookies are set by third parties, who may combine the data with information they already hold about you. Embedded content such as videos, social media posts or maps may also set cookies when loaded.
5. THE FULL, CURRENT LIST OF COOKIES
Cookie names, providers, purposes and durations change as our providers update their services. Rather than reproducing a list here that could become out of date, we maintain the complete and current inventory in our
cookie settings tool.
To see every cookie we use — its name, provider, purpose and duration — open "Cookie settings" on our website. That list is the definitive record and is updated automatically.
6. MANAGING YOUR CONSENT
Through our website. A banner appears on your first visit and lets you set your preferences. You can change them at any time using the
"Cookie settings" link on our website. Changes apply going forward; cookies already stored on your device may need to be cleared through your browser.
Through your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the website and ticket purchasing from working correctly. Instructions are in the help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
Directly with providers. You can also use provider-level opt-out tools, including the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), your advertising preferences on the relevant social media platform, and Your Online Choices (www.youronlinechoices.eu).
7. COOKIES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some analytics and advertising providers belong to international groups and may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Where this occurs, the transfer is carried out on the basis of a mechanism permitted under Chapter V GDPR — an adequacy decision of the European Commission, or Standard Contractual Clauses under Decision 2021/914.
You can avoid these transfers by refusing analytics and advertising cookies.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, you have the rights described in section 9 of our
Privacy Policy at https://impreza.events/privacypolicy — including access, erasure, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, info@aki.ee, www.aki.ee).
You may alternatively complain to the supervisory authority in your own EU or EEA Member State. A directory of all national authorities is published by the European Data Protection Board at
edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.
9. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Our website links to external sites operated by partner organisers, venues, payment providers and social media platforms. This Policy does not cover their cookies. Please review the cookie policy of any site you visit.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy when the cookies we use or the applicable law change. The date and version number at the top indicate when it was last revised.
11. LANGUAGE VERSIONS
- This Policy may be made available in other language versions. In the event of any discrepancy, the version in the language in which you concluded your contract prevails.
